You can apply it to the underside without stripping, but POR-15 has many stripping solevents and they work like a charm. Go fork out the extra money and strip the surrounding area, make things look nicer.Can I apply POR-15 underside of the car with out take off the original paint of chassis?
POR-15 adheres to rusted metal best.
