How did they paint the names on Dale Ernhart's Taladega car?

It isn't painted. Its a vinyl. The whole car is essentially done up with the same thing. Except for certain cases. Coincidentally Hendrick Motorsports is the team that I've heard in 3 cases actually painted their cars as opposed to vinyling it them.

They really don't ';paint'; cars anymore... they use printed vinyl wraps.
