Take it to a shop and have them professionally touch it up.
First you need to take it to a couple body shops and make sure that the primer is still there, if not it will need to be repainted by a pro - or it will rust fast.





If it did not get to the primer, then a touch up wetsanding and a good buffing will make it like new.
