You should be able to find locally owned part stores that mix the paint for you. Their are over 50,000 paints colors, it would be to hard to stock them all. I can mix a touch up paint for you in 1/4 oz cup.Car Paint color match?
Those places you mentioned will have charts that have your color code on it. The issue with painting cars is the process the sprayer uses. How he sprays will determine a good match or not. Also if you just looking to touch up a few scratches then you will still see the scratches.
chances are it wont match up anyway because paint fades over time
