Car paint job?

do you need to bake the paint like the pro's (using there heat rooms) when doing a diy spray job on your car or can you get good results without?Car paint job?
For car bodies you don't need to bake the paint but drying in a heated spray booth will lower the drying timeCar paint job?
not really baking it ,you will slow the drying process down a lot on the newer paints ,it does help it make the paint flow out a lot better though and will make it shine a lot better, but it doesn't have to be done, you can get good results from a good paint booth if its clean and dry ,then let it dry on its own, pulling one out in the sun the next day will help it a lot, good luck on it.
A painted car can be left out to ';dry.'; A heated booth is a luxury. Just get the P sheet from your paint supplier and read all the info on flash times. You want to make sure the paint solvents have enough time to properly release before locking them in.
