Use some acetone also called nail polish remover. Put some on a cotton ball and let it sit for a minute then wipe off the glue. Wash the affected area and give it a coat of waxHow may i remove crazy glue from car paint?? :(?
Let it get good and hard- get a new razor blade and angle it with the contour of the bumper and slowly peel it up and off. Any remainder can be wet sanded and buffed clean.
Acetone but its harsh on the paint.
Try some solvent.
