Help car paint :(?

so i just got my car painted black, and right when i picked it up i took it home and rinsed it with a hose WATER ONLY like the guy told me. it dried on cuz he said i cant use towels on it. now 2 days later i can lick my finger and try to rub out these spots and they dont come out!!!! is this permanent or will it come out when i can wash my car properly in 2 weeks???Help car paint :(?
first of all you should be able to wash your car right away with any kind of soap if it was painted properly and cured in an oven......the fact that he told you not to wash it tells me he didn't ';bake it'; because of that those water spots are probably set into the clear coat and will need to be buffed out!!!.......Help car paint :(?
it's called hard water spots. When you wash a car with tap water, the chemicals in the water dry on the paint as the water evaporates. A clay bar (just a bar of clay, available at an auto parts store in the detailing isle) should get it out, but there are products designed to remove water spots as well. Just go to a parts store and ask.
its just water spots from hard water,

alot of it should come out when you wash it but you might have to buff and wax it, i wouldn't use regular towels, use microfiber towels
