I have a tiny chip out of the paint on my car?

i'am wondering if anyone can tell me what i can put over it so it doesnt chip of any more paint i called auto places and they told me i would have to have it sanded i dont have the money to do that right now i'm hoping someone knows how to stop it from getting worseI have a tiny chip out of the paint on my car?
go to the dealer and get a tiny bottle of the correct touchup paint it will be in a bottle a lot like fingernail polish comes in and there is a small brush on the cap to.I have a tiny chip out of the paint on my car?
Use naval jelly to remove any rust, then apply some touch up paint. It should hold you over for a month or two.
